Under-eye glitter

This is the Stila glitter I am applying to my under-eye area.

In my case, I apply just one light base eyeshadow and

Then, just apply a light touch of Stila glitter on top, and you're done.

It's simple, but makes the under-eyes look plump and pretty.

There is no powder fallout, and the shimmer lasts a long time.
