You just swipe it on like mascara, wait a moment, and then cleanse. It really dissolves any mascara well. Using lip and eye remover is a hassle because you have to soak a cotton pad, close your eyes, and place it on, but you don't need cotton pads with this product. It's so convenient because you can just keep your eyes open while doing other things and then remove it!
