It's a lip and eye remover from Illiyoon. It's oily but also moisturizing.
It removes mascara and eyeliner really well. Also, I liked that my eyes didn't sting after using it.
Shake well to soak a cotton ball, press firmly for about 5 seconds, and then wipe.
It isn't a product that removes makeup super well and transfers it exactly in the shape of the eye makeup, but
I'm using this because I like products that are gentle with decent cleansing power.
I like it because the price is also affordable.
