Point Lemon Sparkling Water Remover

I use lemon sparkling water lip and eye remover. I apply it to a cotton pad and wipe off lip products. Although cleansing balm removes everything, using a dedicated lip and eye remover cleans it more thoroughly, so I use this to remove stained products.
