Lemon Sparkling Water Lip and Eye Remover

I try removing the highly pigmented tint with a lip and eye remover. Since it contains lemon water and lemon oil, be sure to shake before use. Soak a cotton pad and gently press to wipe. I was expecting a lemon scent, but it is unscented.
