A must-have for small eyes... contouring eyeliner

I've tried both Dinto and Colorgram's. Anyway, I have to buy this.

The Colorgram ones are darkest in the order of 20%, 30%, and 70%.

Even 30 percent is too soft, so it seems like it needs to be at least 70 percent.

Dinto comes in two shades, Light and Dark, but the Light version is perfect for an undercoat!

Seriously... this is a must-have for anyone with small eyes who does eye-opening makeup. You MUST buy this.
