McQueen New York Gel Liner No. 8 Review

This is a review of the Mcqueen New York Waterproof Pencil Gel Liner #8. It is a pencil gel liner with a wonderfully smooth application, just like a crayon. The color payoff is not stiff or choppy at all; it draws smoothly in a continuous line, which I love. In particular, color #8 is a very light beige to brown shade that fills in the outer corner of the eye without making it look dull, which is excellent.
