Eyeliner for those with inner double eyelids

Since my eyeliner is an in-out style, filling in the waterline makes it look too stuffy, haha. So I've been drawing it only out at the outer corner. Do people with inner eyelids usually do their eye makeup this way too? Haha. When I watch makeup videos on Instagram or Reels, I see a lot of videos where they start applying from the waterline, but those people usually have big double eyelids.

So, even when drawing the outer corner of my eye, I use only the darkest brown shade from the eyeshadow palette instead of eyeliner. I'm curious how people with inner eyelids do their eyeliner.
