Kate Fit Rare Gel Pencil

I like the Kate gel pencil because it doesn't skip.

I think the staying power is on the best side among eyeliners, and it doesn't come off even with water.

It seems waterproof, but it is very dark and long-lasting; in short, I think it is a strong pencil.

It feels soft and glides on smoothly, but as with all products, it smudges a little.

I think it does have some smudging. It's good, except for the hassle of having to check it frequently just to notice it.
