For beginners, I recommend the Tony Moly Back Gel Eyeliner!

Drawing eyeliner is surprisingly difficult, so I'm sure there are many beginners. Since there are many eyeliners that are easy to apply like Tony Moly's rather than brush pens, I highly recommend trying something like this!
