This product is Tony Moly's Back Gel Eyeliner. I don't use eyeliner often because I have inner eyelids, but I wanted to recommend it because of its great staying power. It isn't the easiest to use at first, but I think you will find it very comfortable to use once you get used to it. When I used this product, there was almost no smudging once the gel dried!
