I recommend this eyeliner.

I bought this to lightly draw just the eyelid line, not the outer corner.

I was planning to get semi-permanent eyeliner, but I bought this to test out what it would be like if it made my eyes look more defined.

It says that it is drawn precisely with a 0.1mm eyeliner brush.

I bought it on Tmon and it's better than I expected.

It's good because it doesn't smudge easily.

It seems like beginners need a bit of skill.
