I recommend Clio waterproof eyeliner~~~

It's one of my favorite items, so I always carry it around and it's all scratched up now haha.

I've been using Clio eyeliner for years.

It's waterproof, so it doesn't wash off even when playing in the water, which is great.

It comes off if you rub it with your hand, though.

It doesn't come off with sweat haha

There are two types, brush and pencil, but I preferred the brush type.
