I recommend the Clio waterproof pencil liner.
I've been wearing eyeliner since my 20s. Brushes don't work well for me, so I'm the type who only uses pencils; after much searching, I finally settled on this one.
I really like this eyeliner because it draws a thin line and doesn't smudge much.
It doesn't smudge easily and has strong staying power all day, so once I apply it in the morning, it stays perfectly intact until the afternoon, which is super convenient and great.
It is sold at Olive Young, so it is affordable when bought on sale and offers great value for money. I have been using only this product for years.
