Introducing waterproof eyeliner
My eye makeup tends to smudge easily because it is very oily.
It was the same even when I tried expensive liners. But I tried this on a friend's recommendation, half-skeptical, and it barely smudges and lasts a long time.
I think I've been using this for over a year. It's affordable, so I highly recommend it as a great value summer eyeliner.
