I recommend the Forencos Tattoo All-Proof Eyeliner.

I must have stocked up on this during a Forencos sale because I've been using it for over a year now! It's the Forencos Tattoo All-Proof Eyeliner in brown, and I use it regularly because the color payoff is amazing and it doesn't smudge. Light eyeliners can feel stifling because they look like you're barely wearing anything, but this one applies with a distinct "bright" effect. You have to be careful with the amount you use, but I'm still using it a lot. If you want a definite color payoff, I highly recommend it!!!! I've been using it for over a year and there's still plenty left haha. I like that eye makeup products don't seem to wear down quickly! I also highly recommend it for waterproof makeup.
