Nine to Nine Gel Eyeliner

It is easy to draw on and applies well.
Since it is a pencil, it has a slight thickness when drawing, but it is not thick.
It is great that I can draw an eyeliner that is easy to apply and the color isn't too overwhelming.
It applies very smoothly and intensely. It doesn't come off easily during daily activities, and the staying power seems pretty good.

But it does smudge or come off a bit if it rains or gets oily.
