Waterproof to prevent panda eyes

My eyelashes are short and droopy, so mascara always smudges when I apply it.

So, after doing some research, I heard that using a waterproof product reduces smudging, so I bought the Kkomkkom Skinny Mascara at Innisfree, a store I frequent.

Since it's waterproof, removing it was such a hassle, but after using it for a while, I now focus on removing it around my eyes first with oil. It works really well and quickly.

I think it applies more intensely and better if you apply a mascara base first and then the mascara.

It hardly smudges, so I am satisfied and am using it well, especially in the summer~^^
