Clio Waterproof Pen Liner Kill

It doesn't smudge easily, and I'm still using it with satisfaction. It doesn't come off with tears or artificial tears, and it doesn't smudge even when I squint. It's great to just apply this over eyeshadow, but if you apply eyeshadow, draw a pencil liner in the same line along the waterline and outer corner, and then layer this pen liner over the outer corner as a final step, it seriously doesn't smudge at all. It applies well, feels soft, and is great. I recommend this color to those who dislike a very intense eye look. I love that it doesn't smudge and doesn't come off easily.
