Kiss Me Smooth Liquid Eyeliner

I've lost count of how many years I've been using this product I've always used. I used Black for so long that my eyes looked too intense, so I bought Black Brown. Since they are similar, I purchased the Brown one from here as well. Black Brown is the best for natural makeup looks. The color lasts a long time, it applies smoothly without smudging, washes off easily, and surprisingly, it lasts a long time. If you shake it after using a bit, more comes out, and it seems like one tube lasts about six months.

I used it at a water park last year as well. Although I was a bit careful with the water, I rode all the slides and played hard in the wave pool, but it didn't smudge at all. It is really water-resistant, and if you lightly pat powder around your eyes before drawing your eyeliner, it controls the oiliness, so I think the staying power is truly the best.
