Actually, I go out wearing only base makeup.
I don't usually wear much eye makeup, but this is an eyeliner I use frequently when I need to dress up for a formal occasion. Since I rarely wear eye makeup, I'm not very good at using eyeliner, but I think Merzy's gel eyeliner is great because even a beginner like me can use it easily, comfortably, and smoothly. And most importantly, it's not expensive, so I recommend it as a great value eyeliner!
