It’s an eyeliner/brush pencil that I bought quite a while ago, but it’s a favorite that I use every year. It doesn't get oily or smudge, and it really lasts a long time. I love that I don't have to touch up or wipe it off when I'm out, so it doesn't bother me. I used to always carry cotton swabs in my bag to touch up my makeup, but with this product, I rarely need to do that.
