Affordable eyeliner I bought with my own money

It is a brush pen type, and it was affordable, easy to draw with, and didn't smudge easily, so it was good to use.

My hair is brown, so black didn't suit me; I went with a dark brown, and it looks natural and nice.

The price is cheap too, so it's good.

I think it's good because it makes the eyes look cleaner when drawn compared to a pencil shape.
