Introducing the Merzy The First Slim Gel Eyeliner, which doesn't smudge even on rainy days and stays put all day long. It's a 1.5mm twist-up pencil that is convenient because you don't need to sharpen it, and it also boasts excellent staying power that doesn't easily fade once you draw the line. I'm already on my umpteenth one.
I don't know why I bought it again~ I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient yet long-lasting gel liner for the summer^^
