My eyeliner tends to smudge easily, so please recommend a lightweight eye primer that doesn't clump when applied. Tips on how to apply eyeliner without a primer to prevent smudging would also be great. My eyes still smudge even when I use waterproof eyeliner; what should I do? What kind of eyeliner do people with oily eyes use?
