(Purchased with my own money) Waterproof pen liner

I'm enjoying the eye-bigging effect of the Clio Waterproof Pen Liner, which I bought with my own money at Olive Young. I got eyeliner tattoos quite a while ago, so drawing over them with the Clio Pen Liner makes my eye shape darker and gives the effect of bigger eyes. It's perfect for creating that sharp winged eyeliner look that pencils just can't quite quite capture.

It can be used without much burden on the skin.

My eyes tend to water in the sunlight, so I'm really benefiting from this waterproof pen liner. I recommend it!
