Pencil liner I bought with my own money

This is the second time I've used the Kiss Me Heroine Make Under Eye Dual Pencil Liner, which is specifically designed for under-eye bags. It has great color payoff and creates natural-looking under-eye bags. I am very satisfied with it because it comes in two colors.
