Smudge-proof eyeliner I bought with my own money

My eyelids are very oily, so I've tried every eyeliner that claims to be good, but almost all of them smudged. I happened to see an ad on Instagram and bought this out of curiosity. The price is good, it applies smoothly without irritation, and doesn't smudge, so I really liked it. The color looks natural too.
