The eyeliner I am currently using

This is the Merzy The First Pen Eyeliner.

I bought this product in a hurry from Baemin B Mart, and it applies well with minimal smudging. It has good staying power even with sweat, but it also washes off easily when washing my face. I discovered this liner by chance, but I'm using it so well that I plan to repurchase it.
