Water-resistant eyeliner

The eye product I recommend is Lilybyred's Nine to Nine Survival Pen Liner! First of all, since it's a pen format, it's very easy to use even for those with clumsy hands. It draws easily and I love how smoothly and naturally it applies. The best part is that it really doesn't smudge!! I wore this product and played a lot at the swimming pool, and I was really surprised that the eyeliner stayed on until the very end lol. I recommend it if you plan to use it in water or want something that doesn't come off! However, because it doesn't come off easily, touch-ups are a bit difficult.
