Kiss Me eyeliner, famous for not smudging
My eye area is very oily, so I only use brush-pen type pens.
I have tried other brands, but Kiss Me applies smoothly and hardly smudges even after time passes.
I mainly use brown, so it's great for creating a natural, "barely there" eye makeup look.
