eyeliner

I am really amazed and envious of people who are good at drawing eyeliner.

My hands shake, so it always ends up bumpy and a mess.

So it just didn't work out... My eyes are droopy and dull, so I want to bring out the shape of my eyes, but

Your eyes would look pretty and defined if you drew eyeliner.

But I don't want to get a tattoo...

Is there an eyeliner that even someone like me, who has terrible hand tremors and can't draw well, can use comfortably?
