I've been using Tony Moly Back Gel Eyeliner for several years.
The panda under my eyes keeps getting worse.
I never end up looking like a panda since using Clio pencil eyeliner.
However, sometimes the core breaks if you apply too much force,
If there is oil on your eyelids, it doesn't apply well, so you need to be careful.
I'm satisfied because the color is natural.
