Daiso Olive Farm Pen Liner

I heard good things about the Olive Farm pen eyeliner sold at Daiso, so I bought it right away and tried it out. It draws well and is great. It costs only 3,000 won, but it doesn't seem to fall behind other products at all. Daiso really seems to be releasing good cosmetics these days. The price is incredibly cost-effective, and since it works well too, I see no reason not to use it. It has good staying power and doesn't smudge easily.
