This is a review of the Daiso Too Cool for School Tag Slim Fit Eyeliner, purchased with my own money.

Although I tend to boycott Daiso as much as possible due to anti-Japanese sentiment, I have purchased and used this product several times because it has such a great texture that it rarely smudges and is a slim eyeliner, making it easy to draw lines. The color payoff is also good.
