I like the Sister N Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil. The waterproof function is 확실 (reliable), so it stays beautifully in place without smudging or fading.
It comes with a sharpener at the back, so if you trim the tip to a point, it makes drawing easier and better.
The colors are also expressed naturally and beautifully.
