It has great hold, so once you apply it and let it dry, it never smudges.
I love it so much. I am completely satisfied, so it is my favorite item that I always use and cherish.
You should all give it a try. I highly recommend it.
It's also great in the fall.
I bought it on a friend's recommendation, and it was absolutely amazing. Friend recommendations are always a winner.
