It is on the dry side rather than moisturizing, so the fixing speed is very fast, and it adheres lightly like a feather. The curling hold is truly excellent. It is much better for lengthening, but there are limitations when it comes to adding volume. However, because it fixes so quickly, if you try to hold individual strands with tweezers immediately after application, they tend to be hardened by the time you try. Also, perhaps due to the compatibility with the brush, it felt like it didn't extend the lower lashes as well as the upper ones. Nevertheless, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend buying it if you are in a hurry.
