The eyeliner I recommend is the Mcqueen New York Waterproof Pencil Gel Liner 07 Aura Goddess. Since it is a pencil formula, it draws smoothly and allows you to create a naturally deep eye look. However, because it is so soft, it does have the downside of smudging easily and the tip crumbling when sharpening. Despite these drawbacks, it is a decent eyeliner that I still use frequently.
