Clio Sharp So Simple Waterproof Pencil Liner

It applies smoothly.

As expected of a waterproof product, it is resistant to water, but

Maybe it's because I'm so intellectual

There is some smudging under the eyes after a few hours. But

I think it's my eyesight lol

If you control oil well before using it, you can use it much more beautifully.

Mine is black, but I'd like to try buying the brown one next time.

I have liquid too, but for some reason, I prefer pencils in the fall lol
