This is the Sephora Colorful Crayon Contour Eye Pencil that I bought at a Sephora store while traveling abroad. I like it because it doesn't smudge easily and has long-lasting staying power. When I'm short on time or find it difficult to draw a neat eyeliner line, I just quickly swipe this one across, and it applies well. It is a product I always keep in my makeup bag. It blends well without smudging much, so I am very satisfied with this eyeliner.
