Lilybyred Starry Eyes Nine to Nine Gel Eyeliner

This is an eyeliner I've been using for over 5 years.

Since I have monolids, I always wear eyeliner. I tried all sorts of things, but I finally settled on this one.

It applies smoothly so it doesn't hurt my skin, and it feels like it smudges less haha.

Apply a moderate amount of eyeshadow.

Finally, lightly apply a liquid liner over it and you're done!
