Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil

This is the Double E-PET waterproof eye pencil I got at a sale recently. There are a total of 15 colors, but of course, I only use the black one.

It requires practice to use it discreetly, but I'm applying just a little bit to my eyebrows as well.
