Kiss Me Waterproof Eyeliner

This is a great eyeliner for drawing thin lines. It is waterproof so it doesn't smudge easily, and since the brown isn't too dark, I like that you can draw a natural-looking eyeliner. I think it would be perfect for those whose eyeliner tends to wear off easily. I find myself using it especially often in the summer, and it's great for water activities too. I recommend it.
