This is The Face Shop Gel Set Smudgeproof Color Pencil in Choco Latte BR01. It's my favorite eyeliner. It's sharpenable.

I tend to prefer pencils over liquids because they don't require as much dexterity, haha. I really love using this one because it smudges less, applies smoothly, and is a pretty brown with a subtle shimmer. It's discontinued now, but I remember it being quite popular by word of mouth back then. New products are usually longer, but it has gotten much shorter since I kept using it, haha.
