When it comes to brush-tip eyeliners, nothing compares to the Clio Superproof Pen Liner. There are two versions, but you absolutely must get the pen liner. It is very intense and does not smudge at all. I used to buy budget-friendly options only to have them dry out and end up throwing them away after only a short time, but after using Clio, I have settled on the Clio Superproof Pen Liner for my eyeliner needs.
I recommend this to those looking for a good brush pen because they have been using ones that smudge or dry out quickly.
