Has anyone tried the 'Tooq Waterproof Slim Eyeliner'?

I found this while browsing at Olive Young, and apparently, it's famous as a winged eyeliner!

There are about 3,000 reviews. Has anyone used it?

I think using a winged eyeliner would look good when doing contouring makeup in the fall.

I'm wondering if I'll have many days to use this.
