I've tried Merzy pen eyeliner, Clio pencil eyeliner, and Mcqueen New York pencil eyeliner, but I think the pen form suits me better than the pencil!
Please recommend a pen eyeliner, excluding the products mentioned earlier! I'd appreciate recommendations for one with a generous amount that doesn't smudge easily 🙏
