Please recommend an eyeliner for monolids without inner eyelids.

I have monolids, so I'm struggling with eyeliner. I wish I had at least a double eyelid, but since I don't, I don't know what kind of eyeliner to use or how to apply it.

So, even though I bought eyeliner, I didn't really use it, so it had dried up. I don't plan on getting double eyelid surgery, so I want to look as pretty as possible just the way I am.

My eyes aren't that small, but if I don't wear eye makeup, it looks like I'm wearing no makeup. I have to draw a thick line so it shows when I open my eyes, but if I draw it too thick, my makeup looks too heavy, so I usually draw a thin line or skip it altogether. But with glasses on, it's not even noticeable.
