Please recommend an eyeliner suitable for a gift.

I would like recommendations for eyeliners that make good gifts.

As a man, I have absolutely no knowledge about products like eyeliner, so I always struggle with choosing cosmetic gifts. I suspect that makeup styles vary by age group, so I am unsure what kind of eyeliners are typically used by people in their 30s and 40s. Since I know absolutely nothing about cosmetic brands other than the ones I’ve heard of, I assume there are famous products out there, but I’m not sure what a reasonable price range is. Of course, expensive products are worth the price, but I feel there must be specific items that suit individual tastes.
